At the end of the exhibit, many of the cows are auctioned off, with a
substantial portion of the proceeds going to local charities benefiting
children, arts and education. Prior auctions have raised 3.5 million
dollars and a couple of celebrities have purchased these beautiful bovines
including Oprah Winfrey and John Madden.
