The "upper bunk" is easily reached by most cats in a single bound, but with the front and back decks, even the fattest cat can climb to the top house! You may choose to add an optional Raised Foundation that will support the house 7 inches off the ground and still have enough room for the pet to lay on, or put dog bowls on or even accompany an optional porch and deck.

The construction of these Raised Foundations are made of full sized frame members (1.5 thick x 2.5 width). The posts and frame members are lifetime pressure treated lumber for ground contact. The decking is rich western red cedar which really compliments our beautiful cedar houses.

Raising your pet's house off the ground has some very profound benefits. Fleas and ticks will be less prolific in a house that is elevated off the ground.

Dogs that have an elevated platform for doghouse entry is healthy for their hind quarters...especially in larger dogs.

The Clubhouse can be used either as housing for the litter pan, or as a cozy bedroom for safe secure sleeping when a cat bed is placed inside. The signature striped water-resistant canvas protects against the elements.
