So... You're a Vegetarian...what do you eat if you don't eat meat

MEATLESS MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg (1lb) Morningstar brand (or equivalent) ground meatless (burger crumbles)
1 diced onion
1/2 diced green pepper
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp meat loaf seasoning
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tbsp bacon bits (optional)

Mix together. Mold into loaf. Place into greased loaf pan or pie pan. Bake in toaster oven 55-60 min on 350° or until done.


CHICKEN CACCITORE

(Toaster Oven)

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg breaded vegetarian chicken patties
1 pkg sliced provelone
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated sharp Romano cheese
1/2 lb thin spaghetti cooked al dente.

Chicken patties - Arrange in oblong baking pan. Bake at 400° 10 minutes each side.
Provelone - Place 2 pcs cheese on each chicken patty.
Sauce - Pour sauce over patties. Bake at 350° for 30 min.
Romano cheese - Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese over sauce.
Cooked spaghetti - Place on large serving plate. Left out chicken patties and place on top of spaghetti. Pour remaining sauce over spaghetti. Serve with grated cheese.
